Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to additional countries — stay tuned.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we'll help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it — either a replacement or a full refund.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, you can add Shipping Protection for $2.99, which covers your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
